Well, on Tuesday we found ourselves in Bristol on day five of the Flight of the Folio Tour. Folio Albums are a UK based wedding album supplier started by Stewart Randall. Their albums are beautifully hand made and are modern fine art pieces that are made exclusively for professional photographers. It’s great that they are based in Britain but they are also environmentally green. Their paper is recycled or bought from sustainable sources and they use environmentally friendly packaging.
Stewart arrived in a blue VW camper van with lots of samples and we were really impressed with the albums. We think it’s safe to say that we’ll be using them in the very near future. We’ve been looking for another album option and the search maybe over. What is great about Folio albums is not just the albums themselves but the companies relaxed and original approach to album making. It was very refreshing to speak to them and like-minded photographers that attended.
